For enrollment in our Qur’an Classes, please follow the following steps:

2. Fill out the form above and submit it to us by either:
a. using the ‘Choose File’ option below,
b. emailing it to Contact@CICSNW.org, or
c. printing it out and bringing it to the Musallah.
