The Canadian Islamic Cultural Society (CICS) / Taiba Musallah was founded to serve the spiritual, educational, and social needs of Muslims in New Westminster and Greater Vancouver.
From humble beginnings holding congregational prayers in leased facilities, CICS has grown into a vibrant community hub offering daily 5 prayers, permanent Friday Jummah, a thriving Youth Quran Academy, and securing an accepted offer on land for the city's first permanent Mosque.
17 children have completed full Quranic memorization under our academy.

The Canadian Islamic Cultural Society is managed strictly by volunteer board directors and officers serving solely for the pleasure of Allah (SWT). Board member names remain anonymous to honor their volunteer service.
CICS is a Registered Charity with Canada Revenue Agency. Official tax receipts issued for all eligible contributions.
